Responsibilities: Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case; Providing guidance and counsel to clients; Focus on finding solutions; Medical case review; Professional & courteous to clients and staff; Research and legal analysis; Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Experience with personal injury preferred. should be Good standing with CA Bar. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required. Must have comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. Ability to manage a demanding caseload is required.
