Litigation Attorney Duties: Provide legal services to clients that have been injured as a result of personal injury negligence. Litigate Cases for maximum settlement judgments. Maintain Needles checklist compliance 10 out of 12 months. Maintain weekly calendar meeting with paralegals to discuss scheduling conflicts, general questions, and coaching opportunities. Meet Firm customer service standards to ensure minimum complaints resulting from service. Maintain an average duration on cases from filing to mediation expectations. 100% compliance with 120-day meeting with paralegal. This meeting is required to be calendared and notes from the meeting entered into Needles. Manage Performance issues that fall below Firm standards. Ensure that settled cases have an average turnaround time of 60 days. Requirements: JD Degree required. Must have an active TX bar license. 3+ years of experience in personal injury as an Attorney. 3+ years of experience managing staff. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Excellent customer service skills.
