Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. The candidate should have insurance defense litigation experience. Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years experience. Should have previous experience in law. Trucking, automobile, premises liability, construction and product defect litigation are relevant practice areas candidate would be handling. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Admission to practice in Mississippi, Alabama, or Georgia would be an added benefit. Candidate must have at least 3 years of prior experience handling insurance defense litigation. Strong understanding of Florida law and procedure is required. Must have fmiliarity with various legal documents.
