Seeking Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate would work closely with partners who advise business clients in a wide range of industries including defense, government services, industrial chemicals, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, fertilizer, automotive, health care, professional services, financial services and hospitality, in a broad spectrum of business, contract, corporate and corporate governance matters and handle complex M & A, joint venture, securities and capital markets transactions. Would also work with partners who handle Tax and Trust and Estate matters. An L.L.M. in Taxation or a tax accounting background is required. Large law firm experience is a plus. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
