Seeking Consumer Finance Practice Attorney with 3+ years of experience. Candidate must be admitted to practice in New York. Admission in New Jersey and/or Connecticut is a plus. Must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions and appeals. Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience is a plus. Supports regulatory compliance counsel in consumer financial services, including CFPB regulations and other federal and state regulations governing lending and servicing of consumer loans and leases. Must be well organized, self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials.
