Intellectual Property Junior Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of intellectual property experience. A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management are preferred. Experience in patent litigation and/or Hatch Waxman is a plus. A strong academic record and strong research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Must also be licensed and in good standing the state in which the candidate would practice.
