Associate Attorney Civil Litigation and Construction Law The candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Advise and communicate with clients rendering clear, unambiguous legal opinions and advice. Understand and creatively use technology; apply technology to the process of law to improve quality and reduce cost. Knowledge of business. Must have 2+ years of experience as a licensed litigation associate. Experience with the Mechanics Lien Act. Conduct and prepare necessary and appropriate pleadings, discovery, hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related tasks. Should have excellent writing and organization skills and the ability to keep their own calendar/diary of their deadlines. Admission to the Illinois Bar is needed.
