Associate Attorney - Tax and Estate Planning Candidate must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state. 1-3 years of experience in a law firm is required, and a LL.M. in tax would be helpful. Will have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: estate planning, non-profits, corporate and partnership taxation, international tax, and ERISA. Preference will be given to candidates with estate planning experience. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
