Paralegal - Personal Injury Responsibilities: Writing emails, letters, and demands/submission packages Internet, liability, landowner, police report research. Heavy phone and letter contact with clients to keep them apprised of their case status. Hit weekly target goals for a number of demand/submission packages submitted to adjusters. Problem-solving case issues range from ascertaining the name of landowners (slip n falls) to assisting clients without insurance to get medical treatment. Learn and innovatively update case management procedures. Keep a very organized paper/electronic file system. Qualifications: Proven experience as a personal injury paralegal. Gathering relevant case documents/information experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish-English bi-lingual capability is a major plus (35% of our clients are Spanish speaking only). Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). A 'can do attitude and advanced problem-solving capability. Attention to detail.
