Family Law Paralegal The candidate will work for the Family law firm for a varied practice involving divorce, child custody, paternity, kinship and stepparent adoption, conservatorship and guardianship, paternity, civil protection orders, and grandparent rights cases. Must have a good work ethic, be reliable, have a working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, C.R.C.P. 16.2, and C.R.C.P. 121 rules. Must be able to exhibit initiative in managing calendaring, drafting documents, preparing trial exhibits, assisting clients with the accurate completion of financial disclosures. The applicant must also be an effective communicator and have 5 years of paralegal experience.
