Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be participating in all aspects of the immigration practice, including assisting in the management of and preparation of applications and supporting documents for family-based, employment-based, removal defense, and other immigration matters. Analyzing case documents and preparing immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Communicating with clients and government agencies regarding procedural and case processing issues. Should preferably have 1+ years of prior legal experience. Must have some experience working with attorneys in immigration matters. Bilingual Spanish is needed.
