Family Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients. Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and be a member in good standing. Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a practicing family law attorney. Must have Litigation experience. Should have superior interpersonal and communication skills. Should have strong legal research and writing skills. Should have proficiency in Russian or Spanish.
