Consumer Financial Services - Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic and professional credentials required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or admission to other bars a plus.
