Foreclosure Attorney The candidate will attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy departments. Will review and sign documents and pleadings. Draft motions, briefs, letters, etc. for foreclosure department; perform legal research for use in motions and briefs. Communicate with internal and external parties via telephone and email; be a resource to staff. Attend CLE seminars; stay current on industry news, case law, statutes, and client communications. Other duties may be assigned. Should have Juris Doctor Degree degree. Must be licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Kentucky; Indiana preferred. Must have background knowledge of Creditor Rights. Must be very organized and computer savvy. Must have ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner. Must have excellent analytical skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills required.
