Real Estate Finance/Development/Commercial Finance Paralegal Responsibilities: Title searches; title and survey review; preparation or review of documents for real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate loans and commercial loans; managing closings for varied financial institution clients; assisting with foreclosure transactions; assisting with timber transactions. Work is varied, exciting and professionally rewarding, and a desire to work with others collaboratively is essential. Requirements: Bachelor s degree or NC paralegal certification preferred plus 2+ years related experience. An understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions, either from the acquisition and development side of the transaction or from the finance and lending side of the transaction, also excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
