Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or Employment Law. Must be professional, organized, able to multi-task, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be familiar with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and calendaring relevant deadlines. Must be familiar with Discovery rules in both State and Federal Court. Employment Law experience is a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. A plus if familiar with electronic case management systems, such as Filevine. Must have attention to detail.
