Trademark Assistant / Entry Level Paralegal The candidate will work independently and also contribute professionally and positively in a team environment. Will produce work product with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Successfully multi-task in a fast-paced client service setting and incorporate exceptional organizational and savvy computer skills into all assignments and responsibilities. Articulate clearly and effectively in verbal and written communications with a strong focus on accuracy and proper grammar usage. Comprehend and follow through with instructions, as well as ask well thought out questions when clarity is needed. Working directly with our trademark practice group (comprised of 8 attorneys and 3 paralegals) on client trademark-related work and projects including reporting registration and publication. Paralegal certification and/or college graduate with 1+ years of experience in a law firm is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required. Experience or familiarity with trademark prosecution and docketing software is a plus.
