Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented person to join our workers compensation team as an associate attorney. Will be representing injured workers before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission. With an established case load, client contact will commence after a rigorous 30-day training regimen. will be meeting with clients, taking depositions, arguing motions and representing clients in administrative hearings before the Workers Compensation Commission. Communicator, skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solver and well organized. A state-of-the-art dashboard will assist in the management of case load. BA and JD. Must be licensed in Virginia.
