Products Liability Attorney (toxic Tort) The candidate will handle all aspects of the case from responsive pleadings, discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder. Collaborate with expert witnesses. Case negotiation. Trial preparation. Communications with clients. Should have 3+ years of experience in handling toxic tort litigation to join a team of specialists defending asbestos and toxic-tort litigation. Should have a passion for product liability litigation. Should have excellent communication and reporting skills.
