Employment and Business Law Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with labor and employment law related matters and business law matters. Draft transactional documents, contracts, demand letters, pleadings and assist with discovery. Attend client consultations and meetings, appear on behalf of clients at administrative hearings and in Texas and Federal Courts. Communicate with clients. Provide client centered service. Must have 3+ years of experience in business law and labor and employment law. Should have admitted to Texas Bar and in Federal Courts.
