Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will involve in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking/defending liability and expert depositions. Our law firm comes equipped with a large full time staff and team capable of aiding attorneys with their workload. Duties: Conclude cases by bringing cases to settlement or trial; planning, organizing, and presenting arguments and counter-arguments* Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Prepares cases for litigation by filing lawsuits; evaluating cases; completing discovery. Provide clients with legal advice by conducting and directing legal research; updating clients regarding case developments; explaining legal concepts to clients. Accomplish work requirements by providing legal guidance and monitoring case progress. Should have previous experience in personal injury law strongly desired. Ideal candidate is an attorney with excellent trial and research skills. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) preferred.
