Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will perform duties include : Prepare the appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures; Communicate legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner; Research, retrieves and updates appropriate information in clients' case files, computer directories and discs as needed; Coordinates and confirms deposition schedules with other law firms as well as field incoming inquiries regarding court related details; Respond to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business; Should be Licensed to Practice Law. 3 years of Consumer Bankruptcy Experience required. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Experience in the Eastern District of Texas. Doctorate (Preferred). Bar (Preferred).
