Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve in all duties associated with a busy Mass Torts litigation practice, including preparation of correspondence and drafting of general pleadings, file management and organization, scheduling and client billing. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate and 2-4 years of experience. Should possess strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills and pay close attention to detail. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Summation, e-discovery or other forms of litigation software a plus.
