Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certificate. Must understand legal concepts and terminology related to intellectual property litigation. Should preferably have 2 years of experience in litigation. Expertise in current versions of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document management systems needed. Facility and experience working with Microsoft Excel essential. E-discovery experience with litigation support software (e.g., Concordance, Relativity) and aptitude for training on new systems needed. Excellent editing skills, attention to detail, conscientiousness, versatility, professionalism, reliability, and an ability to work well on a team and with personnel at all levels needed. Strong organizational and communications skills (verbal and written) essential. Working knowledge and experience with Lexis Nexis or Westlaw needed.
