Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate will work for the personal injury law practice. Will work with the firms attorneys every day; manage own case load; maintain communication with assigned clients; update client files and records; draft settlement demands; and help firm clientele with communication and issue resolution with medical providers and insurance companies. Must have prior experience in personal injury; strong organization, communication, and time-management skills; excellent writing skills; empathy; and a desire to help others. Prior experience and/or knowledge regarding demand drafting, subrogation law, med-pay coverage, UM/UIM coverage, or insurance adjusting is a plus. Experience with Needles is also a plus.
