Junior Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be primarily responsible for attending sales and supporting staff in overseeing the foreclosure process including attending court hearings when necessary. In addition to analytical and verbal/written communication skills, it is essential to have a foundation in collections, bankruptcy or real estate law including strong negotiating skills. Time management and organizational skills are of the essence due to handling multiple cases and documents at any given time. Transactional review of all documents related to the foreclosure process. Attend scheduling conferences, court hearings and foreclosure sales. Residential settlement/closing knowledge a plus, or willing to learn. Draft and/or review motions, other court pleadings, and/or contracts. The candidate should have JD Degree from an accredited law school. Should have membership in the Maryland Bar; with Virginia and DC admission a plus. Must have 1-3+ years experience practicing attorney in the area of Real Estate or Collections. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
