Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ Years of heavy litigation experience. Paralegal certificate is mandatory, higher education is greatly desired; trust and Estate Litigation experience a plus. Ability to look up and comply with the Code of Civil Procedure and local court rules; prepare, edit, and finalize drafts of correspondence, pleadings, law and motion, and discovery; legal filing and calendaring; setting up court calls; data input to legal software such as CLIO; working with outside vendors for filing and service actions, answering phones, and communicating with clients and Trial preparation.
