Part-time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work in a small immigration and personal injury law firm and will mainly handle employment-based immigration cases. May help with other immigration and personal injury matters from time to time. 1 year of experience is preferred. Must be able to handle H1B, H1B RFE, L1, L1 RFE, PERM with minimal assistance from the attorney. Must have strong reading and writing ability. Speaking Chinese a plus. Proven ability in handling H1B RFE, L1 RFE is required. Note : 25 to 30 hours per week as needed.
