Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate prepares the appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures. Communicates legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner. Researches, retrieves and updates appropriate information in clients' case files, computer directories and discs as needed. Coordinates and confirms deposition schedules with other law firms as well as field incoming inquiries regarding court related details. Responds to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business. Must have 3+ years of prior bankruptcy experience. Should have excellent conflict resolution skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) attorneys are preferred. License to practice law is needed.
