Paralegal/Office Administrator The candidate should have specializing in franchise law, litigation and corporate law. High energy and good writing skills required. Spanish speaking and notary a plus. Paralegal Duties: E-filing legal briefs, other legal forms. Calendaring all court dates and other appointments. Drafting declarations and assisting in discovery. Forming corporations and LLC's. Filling FDDs in registration states. Providing FDD's to prospective franchisees and assist in signing process. Office Manager Duties: Answering the telephone and calendaring all court appearances and office appointments. Billing and drafting client engagement letters. Managing client and office files. Skills: Good writing skills. Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Timeslips, Quickbooks and DocuSign.
