Part-time Temporary Immigration Attorney The candidate will appear at administrative interviews before USICS and Removal Hearings before EOIR on behalf of the firm. Will prepare legal memorandum for filing with USCIS and/or EOIR on behalf of the firm. Maintain accurate and up-to date client information in the firm's case management software. Must have prior experience in the area of immigration law with license to practice law in MA or another State Bar. Strong advocacy skills are required. Language skills are a plus.
