Family Law Attorney Candidate will be expected to manage a case load which would include client contact, drafting pleadings for clients, and then attending court appearances to argue your petitions, and ultimately if necessary, take the case to trial. Will engage in settlement negotiations, along with the preparation and review of discovery. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois; the firm practices in counties. 3+ years' experience in the area of family law. will have excellent people skills, strong writing and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
