Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary to Office Managing Partner The candidate will provide full secretarial support to a busy office managing partner and associate in a professional and consistent manner. Will manage calendars and schedules; coordinate appointments. Book travel and lodging. Handle incoming calls and email; respond/route appropriately. Work with office administrative staff to provide coverage across other areas as needed. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal firm contacts, as well as outside clients and vendors. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and accurately. Should have 1-5 years experience in a transactional law practice or executive management support role. Some litigation experience is a plus. Must have exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential.
