Part-time Paralegal The candidate will be serving in the personal injury matters, criminal law, family law, and bankruptcy. Will be handling cases from intake to trial. Ordering, organizing, updating, and summarizing medical records. Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents including all discovery documents. Opening claims with insurance companies. Handling both litigation and non-litigation cases. Must have 1-5 years of personal injury experience, including handling medical records. Exceptional oral and written communication skills essential. Excellent computer skills needed. Experience with Clio essential.
