Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish/English) Responsibilities: Through in-person client interviews, help prepare immigration case files for clients. Communicate daily with the attorneys regarding case status. Communicate with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other government departments as required. Perform legal clerical work involving case files and records. Respond to client emails and telephone calls. Requirements: 3+ years of family & business immigration paralegal experience (required). Fluency in English and Spanish. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent written communication skills (including spelling, grammar and punctuation). Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A polished and professional demeanor. Ability to work both independently and with others. Attention to detail. Positive, upbeat attitude. Empathy, dependability, and honesty. Proficiency with computer use and word processors. Respect for client confidentiality.
