Senior Associate Attorney - Students/special Education Practice Group The candidate requires a minimum of 3+ years experience and work on all phases of student and special education matters, such as: residency, placement, discipline, expulsion, policy, IEE, IEP, Section 504, and Due Process claims. Direct experience handling IEP meetings and Due Process matters is absolutely necessary. Must have demonstrated leadership experience. Excellence in academics, and contributions to their communities are highly valued.
