Paralegal - Commercial Litigation / Eminent Domain The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, heavy commercial litigation practice. Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have in-depth experience with the discovery process. Should have flexibility to work overtime as needed. Must be willing to learn the team's processes and structures, and work well with all team members. Should have experience preparing for and attending depositions, trials, and hearings. Should also have two of the following four criteria: Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, CLA, OR 4 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
