Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of experience in diverse areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law, including preparation and filing with appropriate agencies (USCIS, NVC, DoS) of family based petitions and applications, other non-immigrant visa applications, asylum and Immigration Court litigation support. Must be able to work independently to complete filings professionally and expeditiously. Bi-lingual Spanish helpful.
