Immigration Attorney The candidate will draft, review, and process non-immigrant visa petitions (e.g. H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1) and immigration visa petitions (e.g. PERM, EB-5, EB-1, NIW) from start to finish, including complicated RFE and audit responses. Will maintain a high-level of communication with clients. Manage client relationships and engage in business development. Must manage 30+ cases at the same time;Effectively manage filings under tight deadlines. Must have Juris Doctorate degree. Bar admission is required; Extensive experience with PERM is required; Experience with H-1B is preferred. Excellent writing and oral communication skills is essential. Strong organizational and research skills is essential.
