Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will do preparation of petitions for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Will so preparation of draft pleadings, opposition to motions and reaffirmation agreements. Submission of client documents to Trustee's office. Maintenance and organization of client files on cloud based tracking and filing systems. Maintain contact with clients throughout pre-bankruptcy filing process including obtaining from clients regarding required documents. Preparation of correspondence to clients. Report to two head paralegals. Other administrative tasks. Familiarity with Best Case and/or CIN Compass software is preferred. 1+ year of experience is preferred.
