Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will immediately contribute to closing team by applying knowledge and skills in the areas of preparing and verifying closing documents, coordinating all aspects of the closing process, ensuring that all terms of the sale are met, preparing loan and property insurance paperwork, tracking deposits and payments and disbursing funds in accordance with closing statements. Will work as a member of team to positively impact and facilitate real estate closings. Work in a highly engaged environment and make an immediate contribution to team and to business. Completed college education is required. Must have previous exposure to the real estate process and the aptitude to learn complex processes that are involved in a real estate closing. Should be a strong problem solver, collaborator and communicator and be able to multi-task while managing the needs and requests from multiple parties.
