Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate' must have JD from an accredited law school. Should be admitted to practice in New York. Must have 3 years of experience with insurance defense litigation; Must have experience with motion practice and depositions; Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus. Should have superior written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects; Regularly handle court appearances and depositionsl Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
