Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support a team of attorneys in our Business Litigation area. Will work on preparing and responding to discovery (including e-discovery needs), review and summarize various records and deposition transcripts, research using Westlaw, e-filing with various courts, drafting motions and pleadings, calendaring deadlines, and trial preparation (trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, voir dire, jury instructions, verdict forms, trial subpoenas, etc.). High proficiency in applications are favorable such as Microsoft Office Suite, Trial Director and ADD/Eclipse, along with 4+ years of civil litigation and trial experience.
