Plaintiff-Personal Injuries Paralegal The Candidate will client contact/client intake. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Maintain attorney's professional calendar. Legal filing and maintaining case files. Filing documents in court must know e-filing and fax filing. The Candidate should have 2 years of experience in Litigation. Excellent writing skills and able to handle cases from intake to trial is needed. BILINGUAL SPANISH is a plus. Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules Calendar court deadlines is desired. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is asset.
