Labor and Employment Staff Attorney The candidate will assist the ERISA litigation team. Must have 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial or insurance litigation. Should also have 3+ years of ERISA litigation experience. Should have familiarity with federal court practice. Extensive writing experience as well as the ability to handle a high-volume practice that includes file review, preparing case analysis memoranda, pleadings, attending routine court hearings, attending mediation or conciliation meetings, and negotiating settlement agreements required. Top law firm experience is required. Excellent academic credentials are needed. Stellar analytical skills are needed. Admission to the IL State Bar is essential.
