Temporary Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should preferably have excellent academic credentials. Must have 1-2 years of commercial and/or small business litigation experience. CA Bar admission is required. Should have a background in, or desire to learn all aspects of small business and commercial litigation. Must be willing to make court appearances in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and San Diego counties. Should have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Must be familiar with drafting or completing basic court pleadings and/or form, along with having a basic familiarity with civil court procedures in both California state and federal court. Experience in making court appearances and conducting depositions is required. Note: This position is contract for the first 60 days with 20 hours per week requirement. Additional hours and full-time, W-2 opportunity will be offered to the right candidate, after the 60 day trial period.
