Prelitigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must have 3 years of real experienced (A to Z) temp to full time, Armenian-speaking Personal Injury legal assistant/paralegal, be responsible for communicating with insurance companies and clients, handling liability and property damage claims, writing settlement Demands, requesting medical records, and negotiating liens. Should preferably have 1 year of experience in Paralegal and MS Office. High school or equivalent is preferred. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills, organized and detail-oriented.
