Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization. Must have 1-2 years of experience in preparing packets for Immigration Court such as COR and Asylum. Should have 1-2 years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits. Must be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills and be punctual. Should be able to translate documents from Spanish to English.
