Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate must have recent California experience in civil litigation with an ability to work independently and as a team player. Should preferably have the ability to draft legal documents, format, edit and proofread with attention to detail. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Will also be responsible for calendaring and must be familiar with state and federal court rules as well as processing and filing documents. Typing speed of 55 wpm is required. Note: This is a temporary opening for approximately 3 months.
