Must be able to draft a demand letter, and have an understanding of insurance laws. Should have excellent written and verbal skills. Responsibilities: Scheduling hearings; e-filing; Client intake; Drafting legal documents; Manage and review medical records; Drafting demands. Should have a A.A. degree or Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Paralegal. Experience of 3 years (Preferred).
